Deliveries and Covid-19

Although our delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days in normal times, these can now be up to 10 working days in view of the current situation. It is therefore possible to observe delays in the delivery of packages. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

How to use a promotional code?

If you have received a code to use on our site, the method of use is very simple:
1. Go to your cart (make sure you have already added a product to it)
2. On the cart page, you will notice at the bottom of the list of items a button labeled "+ Enter discount code". Click on this one.
3. A field appears in which you must enter the code you have.
4. Click "Submit" once the code is entered, the cart should be updated with the profits predicted by the code.

My code does not work, what should I do?

If, following the above steps, your code does not produce any effect, or returns you an error message, you can check the points below:

  • Check that you are logged into your account. Some codes are nominative and can only be accepted if the site can identify you

  • Check that you have followed the code's application conditions (some codes only work if certain products are added to the cart, a minimum purchase may also be required)

  • Check that the period of use of the code is still in progress (codes generally have an expiration date)

If none of the cases described above apply, we invite you to contact  our customer service  by telling us: the code that does not work, the source of it (e-mail / partner site / other...) and your account e-mail

How do I return my package?

If all or part of the order does not suit you, you have a right of withdrawal without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last product of the order.


Products must be returned in their original unused packaging, with any gifts sent in the order, if any.

The refund will relate to the products and the standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days upon receipt of the returned package, directly to the credit card used when ordering.

The shipping costs related to the return of your products remain your responsibility.
To be reimbursed, we invite you to:
   Print the  return form
   Complete the withdrawal form
   Insert this withdrawal form as well as the order confirmation email in your package containing the unwanted products

How do I cancel my order?

The Customer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision. The period runs from the day of receipt of the Products by the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him. In the case of an order for several Products delivered separately, the period of fourteen days runs from the day of receipt of the last Product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Africa Box Cosmetics
  - Customer Service - 4 Allée Gerda Taro 69100 Villeurbanne or by e-mail: contact (at) by sending him, before the expiry of the period provided for, the withdrawal form ( download here ) or any other declaration, devoid of ambiguity, expressing his desire to retract.
The Customer must return the entire order to the following address Africa Box Cosmetics - Service Retours - 4 Alée Gerda Taro 69100 Villeurbanne - France, without undue delay and, at the latest within fourteen days following the communication of its decision to retract.


The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the Products.

The Customer's liability will only be incurred in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Products. In addition, pursuant to Article L.121-21-8 paragraph 5 of the Consumer Code, and as an exception to the information mentioned above, the Customer is informed of the fact that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised within the case where the Products have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, ABC will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method proposed by ABC), without justified delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which ABC was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.   may defer reimbursement until the Products and Gifts are recovered or until the Customer has provided proof of the shipment of these Products and Gifts, the date chosen being that of the first of these events.
ABC will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to use another means of payment. The refund will not incur any costs for the Customer.

How do I download my invoice?

To download your invoice, identify yourself on the website then go to the " My account " section.
Then click on the " Invoiced Orders " link on the left side of the screen.
This will give you access to the list of orders placed that you have already received.
In the displayed list, click on the "see details" link appearing in front of the order for which you wish to recover your invoice.
Once the details are displayed, click on the "download invoice" button to retrieve your invoice in Adobe PDF format.
